We're on the edge
in the balance
on the crest of a wave
I hope I don't hit the bottom hard.
Even so,it might be different to look from below,feel the sand with my hands
meet the crustacea
breathe the water
taste the salt.
Let my lungs expand and burst
and give up their dream
and learn to live with something already half-imagined.
